Plague, Bactus' "right-hand-man." His name fits him very well, as he is the originator of the plague that killed Corr's parents, and the rest of the inhabitants of Teswen. Immune to disease himself, he can still carry all bacteria, viruses, and other pathogens in his system, and pick and choose which ones he wants to pass on.
